Schuldentilgung, Rückzahlung der Mitgliederdarlehen, erfolgte problemlos, so daß der WCF seit 1993 stolzer Besitzer eines Areals ist mit über 15.000 qm.
Randbemerkung: Hätten wir das Grundstück nicht von einer Behörde, sondern von privat gekauft, wäre der Vertrag wohl nie zustande gekommen.
